      There are some great people who really want to do a good job and are helpful.

      Cons

      The CEO is a total micromanager who bullies his executives. The stress level is out of control, leading to backstabbing and a chaotic, fearful environment.

      Staff are friendly, helpful. Limited growth for my area, but we'll guided by my supervisor.
