- everybody is nice here, teamwork is a pleasure - we put a lot of effort and care into growing our people (mentorships, internships) - people are responsive to feedback - huge learning & self-developing opportunity - large & diverse palette of technologies to work with; - agile methodology applied - always looking to improve - clean code and coding principles are a must know and must do
Cons
- too complex of a product that is being developed. one may get overwhelmed very easily - legacy code is a pain to maintain. most of the technologies that are being used for legacy are rather old and boring
