      Pros

      For the life of me I can’t come up with one.

      Cons

      Long sporadic hours, no focus on safety, equipment is a gross half working mess, trucks are under rated for the weight and falling apart. Not a care in the world for the employees or their family life. Was bought out by an investment firm that is all about profit and doesn’t care about employees or patient safety. Lousy starting pay.

      Pros

      Great management and friendly atmosphere. Coworkers are very helpful. Great option to adjust the schedule when needed. Easy to work with this company

      Cons

      Outdated equipment. No direct to the radiologist. This job requires a lot of travel. No benefits a all. No career grove opportunities

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, mileage reimbursement, opportunity to learn new skill.

      Cons

      Inconsistent schedule, nearly impossible to make doctor’s appointments for oneself or have any kind of work/life balance. For the physical labor involved in equipment setup/teardown, and the personalities you encounter in an OR setting, this is a grossly underpaid position. I was in this position for a very brief period and two people left just during my training.
