School is still young and in a period of growth and development. Good place for self-starts and a-players, but may not be the right fit for everyone

it is a good company to work for. very tightly knit and flexible for the most part.

there isn't much room for growth as many people have been in there respective positions for many years. family company so family takes reign over new employees.
