      The coworkers are really nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      The work tends to be a bit disorganized, the company needs to hire more people to work in the office setting. Too few people handling too much work.

      Pros

      Experience and title for your resume. Teamwork.

      Cons

      Micromanaging to the extreme. No HR department and you can't talk rationally to management so you have to deal with conflicts alone. Not family friendly or forward thinking in their policies. Expected to make work your life but are paid below market value.
