It was always a positive work environment with different people from all different walks of life. Classes were always physically and mentally challenging in a healthy way.

No cons come immediately to mind. Everybody who entered the establishment always left 100% satisfied with their experience.

Freedom to take the program on as your own and to develop students at their pace. Very transparent. Candor is welcomed.
Cons
Lack of direction other than to keep students in the program. Too much reliance on one or two people when this isn't a career path.
