Pros
There were only a few good apples in that company.
Cons
They make you sit through meetings every week about how much you matter and how much they make as a company, and then treat you like you are a number and not a person. They do not care about you or how hard you work or your loyalty or how hard it is for you to live on your income. They make known through various indirect (and sometimes direct) ways how little they care about you. I dedicated an entire decade of my life to this company, going through three different departments by my choice to expand my knowledge and usefulness to the company, only making $16.50 by the end of it (an ENTIRE TEN YEARS... finally getting like a $2 raise my last half year or so -- so really only about $14.50 until the end -- because I kept raising a stink about it) before I finally left. The atmosphere is completely imbalanced, and the people on the top floor see things entirely different than how they are. People get threatened and antagonized daily, and upon reporting, HR just turns a blind eye. I never felt like I could take time off when in the Returns department, because everything was very time sensitive, and there is only one other person that does that job (but not your share of it -- and he works his BUTT off to do his own), but upon leaving, I decided to give them two week's notice, and ask if they could consider giving out even just a portion of my earned (accrued) PTO (I had about 100 hours) to which I was told by my manager (word-for-word), "they told me you can't get it. They're not going to do anything to help you." Ten years, people. "They're not going to do anything to help you." No one has your back. No one cares about you. They never will. Please avoid this company if you care about yourself.
