      I've been working with the company for over a decade and they've helped my development both personally and professionally. The teams I work within are all very supportive of each other and encourage a great working environment. There's been opportunities to grow within the company for which I'm very grateful for.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload can be heavy, but that is the same within any company when unexpected situations or change arises.

      Easy and interesting work with lots of variety

      Working there for a long time doesn’t mean the managers value you any more than someone who hasn’t even started yet - they will take your regular shifts off you if it serves their purpose without consulting you
