Pros

1. Flexible working arrangements 2. Very helpful colleagues overseas 3. Work itself is not terribly difficult or stressful

Cons

1. Some middle management bosses are really bad (At least mine is really bad): a) No idea what they are doing - Setting revenues higher than at least 35% comparing to previous years but not expanding headcount, pay increment is standard. b) Work gets thrown around because turnover rate is high (Engineers generally don't really last more than 2 years here, unless they suck up to the bosses or are just foreigners who don't have other choices) c) Not driven to solve problems, only driven to find someone to blame when things go south. (But don't know how to look themselves in the mirror to see that they are problematic too) 2. Compensation - Have you ever heard of companies limiting bonuses to at most 1 month (Some engineers even have 0.5 month bonus limit)? Come to this company and you will be in for a surprise. After that bonus limit, managers will still drive you to increase revenue.

Pros

Pay is on time, diverse workforce

Cons

Return to office roll out is botched, and somewhat illegal for those hired remotely. Also decreased 401k contribution out of nowhere
