Pros

Globally known and respected Brand with a lot of regulatory pull. The company is extremely sticky making it stable during recessions. Pay is competitive with good benefits and bonus opportunities. An innovative company that invests in new solutions. The company does a lot of team-building to get to know your colleagues. Provides good equipment and tools to perform your daily tasks.

Cons

Company red tape ties employees' hands and adds to work friction. The onboarding process is short and throws you into the deep end quickly. Cross-team communication is poor and makes it hard to get things done. Leadership tends to point fingers and look for scapegoats. Management can be pushy with unrealistic expectations on turn times. The organization is large and confusing with many company-specific acronyms that take a long time to memorize.

Pros

Strong brand reputation and credibility in the marketplace. Excellent opportunity to gain experience in sales, compliance, testing, certification, and regulatory industries. Friendly, knowledgeable, and collaborative colleagues who are willing to help each other succeed. Good work-life balance compared to many sales organizations. Stable business with diverse industries and customers. Professional development opportunities and exposure to complex customer challenges.

Cons

Typical large-company bureaucracy can slow decision-making and execution. Internal processes and approvals may require patience and persistence. Organizational complexity can sometimes create challenges when navigating cross-functional initiatives. Career progression may occasionally depend on understanding and adapting to corporate dynamics.
