Pros
You can be entitled and lazy, but as long as you are in the click you can ride out a nice easy career. Especially if your Father worked there before you. It's a nice quasi governmental job with all the perks.
Cons
Sometimes newbies or outsiders think they are going to come in and save the world by changing the culture. To much inbreeding from the top down. Have lineage and you have the in road to entitlement.
