Pros
The people I worked with where amazing and we all got on. you have a great working environment and a money does get spent on you.
Cons
If you do not pretend like ukfast is perfect or if you have any issues and you voice them you are imminently put in a bad light by senior management who do not really know what is going on at the bottom level of the company because they are in a dream land. some employees I worked with would have bad work ethic and would play video games in work time instead of working and these where the people responsible for my training. any attention is bad attention in ukfast for employees. I was dismissed and told that my Attention to detail wasn't good enough and was let go with a weeks notice, the meeting was not arrange and I had no idea that I was going to get axed on that day. It was completely out of the blue for me as I was told many of times that I was doing really well by other employees and other head of departments. The money spent on slides and drinks would be better in the pockets of employees and not the image of the company.
