Enjoyed the role & work itself

Staff payed different for same role (not based on merit such as work quality) Misuse of power Employees that drag each other down to rise up

Everyone is very nice, managers are generally approachable.

Very stats driven, micromanaging at every level. Pay differs for the same roles, never anything like free food or drink even when going out with management or office parties (other than Christmas parties which are great). Seemingly top heavy management structure. No WFH
