Pros

Decent job while attending University. Good experience for those with little to no experience with servers/tech support.

Cons

Pay is below average. 24/7 service means getting common holidays off can be a pain. Little to no advancement opportunities internally. They do not invest in employee training, resulting in new employees being faced with heavy workloads with little to no training. Rather than address the issue, they seem content to just churn through the seemingly endless supply of students from the local University.

• Relaxed and accommodating work environment • Keep busy and do your work and metrics won't matter

• Only full-time employees get their own work desk • Providing side education tech skills training would be nice

Pros

- Great place to gain experience in a technical position without having prior experience - Good place to learn website/domain hosting, Linux, server administration, and other technologies - Great people to work with in a good work environment - Despite the cons, still a good place to start out and gain experience especially while in school

Cons

- Hardly any career advancement opportunities for Level 1 Technical Support - The company hates hiring full-time employees - Pay is not great with small (if any) raises - New development projects and company websites are rushed out way too fast. Meeting deadlines and implementing flashy new websites and interfaces is more valued than providing a product that actually works.
