      Pros

      The UK2 Group is a great place for entry - level technical support reps, and technology- related students to learn and gain necessary experience to continue on in the technology field. Management actually listens to the employees and has implemented ideas brought forth by employees to better the company and the customer experience. I have really enjoyed working there.

      Cons

      While the company does like to promote from within, there are actually very few opportunities to do so.

      • Relaxed and accommodating work environment • Keep busy and do your work and metrics won't matter

      Cons

      • Only full-time employees get their own work desk • Providing side education tech skills training would be nice

      Pros

      - Great place to gain experience in a technical position without having prior experience - Good place to learn website/domain hosting, Linux, server administration, and other technologies - Great people to work with in a good work environment - Despite the cons, still a good place to start out and gain experience especially while in school

      Cons

      - Hardly any career advancement opportunities for Level 1 Technical Support - The company hates hiring full-time employees - Pay is not great with small (if any) raises - New development projects and company websites are rushed out way too fast. Meeting deadlines and implementing flashy new websites and interfaces is more valued than providing a product that actually works.
