I am a current employee at UKB and have been with the organisation for over two years. My manager actively encourages personal development and involves me in meaningful initiatives. Communication is a real strength within our team, creating a supportive and collaborative environment. It’s great to be part of such an inspiring organisation.

The organisation is currently going through a phase of rapid growth, which is largely a positive. At times, this can increase workload demands, but with supportive management in place, these challenges can be monitored and managed effectively. Overall, it’s great to be part of this organisation with exciting plans for the future in Manchester Science Park!
