      The workplace/ culture of the company makes people comfortable, like a family.

      Cons

      Over the years, projects have become more important than employee development. This prevents employees from acquiring the proper skills to further their careers.

      Was supported through think and thin - Don't know about any employors that would do that Learnt through trail by fire but can't complain

      Great people, actually doing work that is impactful, and has a whole variety of work

      Cons

      Not much protocol is put in place with ways of working, most managers are doing their own things and nothing is cohesive
