Pros
Good people who help you out and make you feel welcome, HR Department is doing its best to comply with management and employees, they are the ones keeping the team up! A good atmosphere in general.
Cons
Some communication issues, lack of leaders, a bit squeezed in the office due to many newcomers and little space (HR don't even have their own cabin), working on 2 Saturdays is not the best and the leave policy has to be improved.
