Friendly environment at UITS, very cozy situation.

Not organized, need more equipments

This job is a part time on campus job where I go recruited after proper evaluation. This is the place where I learned best customer service, trouble shooting printers and some software. This is also the place I recognized my punctual and assisting skills. This is the place where you be the best person of cooperation, coordination and collaboration.

Challenges include dealing with a difficult customer, facing problems of hardware and software which were to be dealt in no less than few minutes. reporting them within proper time after many failed attempts.
