Good Place to work and learn - Manager UITP Employee Review

UITP - as a company has a great motivation and wonderful events that most staff get to attend all over the world.

The Brussels office is TERRIBLE! The communication barriers are beyond poor. The work environment is abysmal and the people that work there constantly complain about each other, they are over worked and depressed.. a lot of passive aggressive personalities to work with.. along with terrible language barriers which should not be the case as they should ALL have excellent working English.

- friendly atmosphere - a lot of events - travelling opportunities - remote work - Fridays at home

- very slow decision taking - obsolete tools and softwares - micromanagement - low potential for growth
