Great while in School - Usher UIC Pavilion Employee Review

Flexible hours, and am self-managed

Seasonal fluctuations, evening and weekend hours

-People are fun to work with -The hours you work re flexible around your lifestyle -Working nights was not bad -Close to the UIC campus -People do not know how long your breaks are...you can do whatever you want most the time

-People you work with are not very smart -Sometimes felt like I could do a better job than upper management -Nowhere fo really move up in the business -Did not feel fully utilized at work
