* You will learn a lot in a short period time. * The company has a good name in having good workers.
Cons
* Low salary. * A lot of pressure. * Management don't always see the workers as human beings, but as resources only. And not even as resources to preserve. * Most of the work is at clients' sites, where you may not be treated well, and you won't get any support from the company. * If you have problems - you'd have to figure it out on your own. Any failure will be on your shoulders alone. You won't receive any help in solving things up.
