Pros
You get a standard giveaway items after your first week. Then a regular schedule but you can always ask to stay later on any day by at least 3 hours. Dress code is business casual such as pants and cargos, slacks . The team isn’t big on rapport it’s more interested in finishing task and making sales. The floor is small but no one is an ally it’s a competition even with management. They only want those that aren’t a threat and work hard for the company. So, don’t make any waves or any suggestions while working. Just do as your told and don’t make any noise, conversation with anyone. You’ll see the door way faster than you expect it. As well as keep an eye/hand on the door as thieves are very frequent. You will be taken off the floor or fired if you can’t customer service thieves.
Cons
This is a temporary position and you can get fired after a month or even a week . Tardiness is not exempt at all and you will work in multiple positions even if it’s not your zone. As well as Reflex will come in for extra hours since they believe in overworking one person they’ve employed. Your appearance is a top priority right after your time management. As they pride themselves on polished associates .
