Pros

Amazing Company to Work For! I have been working at UG2 Company for under a year now and it has been a fantastic experience. The company culture is amazing and everyone is friendly and supportive. I feel like I am part of a team that truly cares about each other and the work we do. The leadership team is top-notch and they truly care about their employees. They are always open to feedback and suggestions and they provide a lot of opportunities for growth and development. The benefits package is excellent and they really take care of their employees. Overall, I would highly recommend working at UG2 to anyone looking for a positive and rewarding work environment."

Cons

Very fast-growing organization. However, the company is always working to improve and adapt, and I have seen significant progress during my time here.

Pros

I have made some great friends, but that is about all.

Cons

Not quite sure where to start. I have asked for help on numerous occasions only to receive none. The client dictates everything that goes on and will escalate the smallest issue to the top of the food chain instead of just coming to me creating a problematic work environment. Upper management will then freak out send emails and will call and aren’t very nice. Was not told this is what I would be dealing with when I interviewed and was hired. I enjoyed it up until this past month. No matter what I do it’s not enough. I feel like the writing is on the wall, but I get no direction on what to do. Of course the puppet master client seems to pull all the strings, so if they want me gone I probably won’t get a chance to right any wrong. Which leads back to lack of direction, no communication and no help. When I have asked for help, I get told call so and so(and hope they answer or even return the call)or asked why don’t you know how to do it. The problem is, no one showed me how to do it from the get go. How do you expect to be successful if you don’t properly train people? I feel like I was thrown to the wolves with absolutely no chance to fend for myself. I was set up for failure from the start.
