      The Corporate HR and IT groups that support the plants are exceptional.

      Cons

      The environment and culture at each plant is totally dependent on the leadership at that site. Some are excellent, some are terrible.

      Promotion within the company, diversity, and a global company.

      Onsite work, promotion of people that lack experience with no formal training plan, inmates run the asylum.
