      work your own hours, train in your own way

      Cons

      no structure, no incentive to pay trainers fairly who are only able to charge clients that cant afford anything more than $100 for a 50 minute session, no rewards for trainers even though theyre the bulk of the internal revenue, poor lead quality

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
