      Great if you can get your foot in the door for something better.

      Cons

      Terrible department communication without a knowledge base system everything you learn if by word of mouth. There’s no procedure. MGR is rude, condescending & lacks the ability to train. This job lost 5 people in 2 years.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
