      Pros working at UFC is it looks good on a resume and you have the potential to make some good money.

      Cons

      Employers were constantly holding sales bonuses and base checks, getting over on hard working employees who basically have to dedicate their lives to this place to make any money. They also offered zero training.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
