Cons
If you are not into to sales, this will be a rough time for you. You must be able to produce and meet performance goals and measures and take massive initiative/action otherwise it will not work out. If you're into sales and absolutely love it you will thrive. If you dread sales goals and the peaks and valleys of sales (ups and downs) then run for the hills.
