      Great spot to meet people and learn how to grow the your own business by not repeating the company’s mistakes

      No one is your friend. Everyone tries to steal your deals and if they are friends with your boss you can not do anything about it . I had emailed cooperage a couple times and never got a response . You are nothing but a number

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
