      Pros

      Fun upbeat work atmosphere. Challenging, fast paced. Stressful at times. Meet lots of greets members, team becomes family. Motivates you to stay in shape. Free membership.

      Cons

      Pay is not to standard for work expected. Carrot is always dangling for monthly goals = bonuses. Expected work week is well beyond 40 hours, even 6 days a week on a salary. Some weekends and nights for inventory or close outs are expected.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
