Pros
* Culture/Vibe was mostly appealing * The other staff members I worked along side with & meeting so many others as Members - making friends, creating bonds etc * Free membership as long as you're employed (one extra for family/friend) * Relationships that you are able to build
Cons
* No sales commission structure for the first two months I was employed * Due to no structure in place I was not able to earn a living wage * Very High turnover of Staff including; Receptionists, Salespersons & Coaches/Trainers - that is every department within the gym * OVERDUE commission payslips TWICE! (waited longer than 2months for 1months payment) was also declined (or dismissed/ignored) when I brought up the issue of Back-Pay * Forced to work for free as a Coach by the company out of gym * Extended classes not paid as equal time as a Coach example; $25 per 45min/per fitness class - $25 per 90min/per fitness hybrid class * Harassment & unnecessary/unwanted language & behaviour by upper management (business card was title "Head Office Support") * Complaints from other employees & members based on the behaviour of "Head Office Support" employee - very untrustworthy
