Bad work environment - Anonymous employee UFC Gym Employee Review

One reviewer hit the nail on the head when they said ego is a major problem amongst management, especially with their COO/GC. I’d also throw foolish pride in there too. Most employees are under qualified and overall aren’t assessed on their work merits but rather “favoritism.” Employees who are talented and deserving of raises/bonuses don’t get it. The benefits are awful and their big selling point is the free gym membership which management expects people to fawn over — newsflash it’s not all that.
