      Awesome gym atmosphere, incredible people, gym membership. ability to get to know the corporate side of fitness. outreach to clients

      the only cons i could think of is early mornings, commission is a little low , would make emploers more happy

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
