      You can have a great, positive work environment if you have the positive people there to work with. Your schedule can be super flexible.

      Cons

      The Franchisee in the Vegas location had a lot of issues. Also, some people in a position of power within the company have a hard time being ethically responsible.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
