      Great on boarding process. Amazing facilities and great member base. Really fun place to work. And you are rewarded and recognized for hard work.

      Cons

      With smaller locations the pick of clients is slim but still not impossible to get a steady clientele.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
