Get left alone for the most part. And always something new to do or help with.
Cons
There is no future vision here. The company being sold 4 times in the last 5 years has completely broken it. Either the doors should be closed or everyone let go and start from scratch. Too many people have worked here during the good times (6-10 years ago) and a lot of people have only worked here during the bad times and that has made them bitter. Also, the new management is too "old school" for the times and they won't listen to advice or anything from younger or subordinate employees. Ruling a company with an iron fist doesn't work anymore.
