Pros

Atmosphere can be fun, the office is really nice, there are bonuses to help with the low salary.

Cons

Salary starts off pretty low. Making commission takes a while to build up. Seems like the company hires and fires people really quickly. If you don't have the work ethic the company is looking for, they will replace you. There is no flexibility in the working hours, like whatsoever. 3 weeks sick leave/PTO combined, few company holidays.

UDig Response

We appreciate your feedback. We’ve invested heavily and making sure our workspaces are interesting, collaborative and create an environment where our teams can work together effectively. Our compensation model is far superior to nearly all of the firms operating in our industry. Our compensation model is results-oriented which means the earning potential is weighted towards team members who are producing consistently and earning commission. Our PTO plan for internal team members starts with 15 days PTO/sick days and 8 holidays the first year and grows with tenure. After three years of service, UDig team members get 22 days of PTO and 8 paid holidays for a total of 30 days off. We also have an incentive built for high performers who can earn every Friday off once they qualify. Our industry is complex and requires a unique interest in connecting with people, understanding technology and solving problems. A career at UDig can be incredibly personally and professionally fulfilling if it fits your interests. We understand it isn’t for everyone and we value your feedback.
