      No Respect to employee nor appreciation, No Proper HR Management in solving employee issues not give any support or guidance to employes Completely political, No professionalism, Employee treatment is much worst, Heavy pressure in work due to over commitment from management to save the cost by recruiting less people Micro management Cost saving mindset rather quality delivery No perks or no com. off for extra hours or extra working days

      This place is run very well by the manager! Everything runs like clock work

      Pros

      people speak openly , many opportunities for female employee than other local Japanese company ,and lots of opportunity for foreigners and young employees .

      Cons

      within ISZ group now , started to send people from ISZ at different level ,possibly back to old time; many activities& new projects , less people work on due to Volvo /UD separation , heavy workload .
