      Mature, flexible and friendly company. Able to pull information and best practices from the Volvo Group and apply locally. Diverse and international workforce, with over 20 nationalities working at Ageo HQ alone.

      This place is run very well by the manager! Everything runs like clock work

      Pros

      people speak openly , many opportunities for female employee than other local Japanese company ,and lots of opportunity for foreigners and young employees .

      Cons

      within ISZ group now , started to send people from ISZ at different level ,possibly back to old time; many activities& new projects , less people work on due to Volvo /UD separation , heavy workload .
