Pros
UCH is a great place to work with a great benefit package including health care, investment matching accounts, tuition reimbursement if you would like to continue your education and great PTO accrual rate. UCH also favors promoting from within the organization which is helps you move up the ladder to management.
Cons
As with most large organizations getting things done/changed within the organization can take a long time and a lot of effort. Sometimes you feel like you are lost within the system whereas working for a small organization you get more personal and meaningful interaction with management.
