Pros

They used to have free snacks and coffee all-day

Cons

There were plenty of times that coworkers were violating HIPPA regulations and when bringing it to the office's attention I was given write-ups. When having a sit down with the higher-ups, they allowed no room for discussion of how poorly the supervisor dealt with the issues. From that point on I was targeted constantly. Also, they make a habit of paying POC less than others. Even when the POC has more experience in the medical field. Honestly, the pay is not worth your time in dealing with a conglomerated with no heart and little to no diversity in the higher levels, meaning if your supervisor says you're wrong, you're wrong.

Pros

I absolutely loved volunteering here. The program was organized, and it made me so happy to bring a smile to people's faces.

Cons

Sometimes we did not have much contact with the heads of the volunteer program.

Pros

High Acuity patients Maintain Skillset Job security

Cons

Too many patients in a day and not enough time to spend with them. Minimal admin time to manage InBasket and patient needs. Frequently need to juggle a full and complex patient schedule with urgent test results and care coordination. Have to use personal PTO to cover holidays and any time the clinic is closed due to circumstances outside of our control. (weather, power outages, etc) Annual performance Bonuses are now being determined by online patient feedback scores.
