Great benefits and I feel valued. They keep trying to improve the workplace (for staff and patients),
Cons
Been short staffed since 2018, constantly hiring but then no effort for retention or to have livable wages in Denver. Also they haven’t taken a stance on physical/verbal abuse to staff from patients - people are getting meaner and more entitled.
