      Pros

      Everyone is happy to work here! PTO cap is great at 420 and they give you 24 hours upon hire, the rate at which you earn PTO is quicker than Centura Health. Options for healthcare are great ! Again another point they are excellent with compared to Centura Health. Vision is the exact same. People genuinely want to see you strive here.

      Cons

      Dental is better at Centura Health with basic cleanings being offered to employees free compared to UC Health. Pay is still pretty low compared to the cost of living for all hospitals no matter the systems for the areas. No weekend differential.

      Pros

      High Acuity patients Maintain Skillset Job security

      Cons

      Too many patients in a day and not enough time to spend with them. Minimal admin time to manage InBasket and patient needs. Frequently need to juggle a full and complex patient schedule with urgent test results and care coordination. Have to use personal PTO to cover holidays and any time the clinic is closed due to circumstances outside of our control. (weather, power outages, etc) Annual performance Bonuses are now being determined by online patient feedback scores.
