Great co-workers, evidence based practice, support for education and growth. Good education reimbursement.
Cons
Huge turnover on inpatient med surg units, hard to get full day shift schedule, huge corporation with a lot of growth and difficulty keeping staffed not just with RNs but with support roles like phlebotomy, transport and housekeeping. RNs continually asked to fill in these gaps.
