competitive pay (they do a job salary survey for each position on a yearly basis and will increase your pay if needed based on the national average), great benefits and incentive programs, bonuses, great people to work with. My dept has an awesome team of supervisors and managers, we are constantly told how much we are appreciated and thanked for our work regularly
