Thank you for your review – we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace and are glad to hear you were supported during your onboarding period with UCAS. It’s often very busy on the phones supporting customers but we do really care about staff wellbeing so please do speak to your line manager if something isn’t right with your working arrangements. If you have any further feedback on how we can improve, please speak to careers@ucas.ac.uk. Elaine Chandler, Chief People Officer

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would be interested to know what team you’re in as UCAS is a UK-based company and we do not have employees outside of the UK. We have a flexible working policy which means we have part time and full-time roles, and we also use .NET, rather than net core as it is old technology. We also benchmark against the UK market, ensuring we remain competitive and transparent. Our other generous benefits such as 30 days holidays (plus 3 days concessionary at Christmas), and 35-hour work weeks are also part of our total reward. If you do have any further thoughts please let us know at careers@ucas.ac.uk. Elaine Chandler, Chief People Officer

Pros

Beautiful building for a not for profit

Cons

No real sense of direction or accountability. Arguably it should be merged as overheads too high for the benefit. Good employer for the area though.
