You have the ability to learn a lot from coworkers on the maintenance team
Cons
The maintenance team isn’t a team , everybody is concerned more about how much your getting paid , than they are working as a team , if they find out how much your getting paid and I don’t know how , it becomes a problem !!! company managers are rude and as a new employee they don’t care about you learning there equipment and becoming great at it , they have very high expectations from the jump , ( BILL) was one of the greatest maintenance personnel in the company , other than that if you don’t absolutely know all there equipment ( THEY WILL FIRE YOU 100%)
