      On campus job which makes your life easier.

      Cons

      Due to recent changes nothing is flexible now. They treat you like a full time without any benefits. I hated it.

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
