      Older buildings Parking is not included and is pricey at about 50-100 dollars a month depending on where you work

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
